The professor talks too much, explains very very well the concept, but to be able to resolve really any financial problem you need to do a lot of extra work. Just watching classes is not enough. A lot of things you must learn by yourself (reading, trying...) because the lectures are just for the basic concept.
I liked the Chinese philosophy before China becomes popular in the western world, and I studied Chinese Medicine at university. I am a passionate on this subject. And the course is top. It is 'all' there! On the other side the entire course is too long.
I had studied some of the content course at university. I did the first part well, but it was consuming too much time. So I didn't finish it to keep my job and my family and to have time to sleep a little. Anyway it was the most challenging and engaging MOOC of all.
Here you can learn about epidemiology: the research results, the methods and the methods problems. The 'classes' are really good and very well explained.
I had prior experience on this subject and it was a good way to remember and to learn. I recommend the course to anyone that wants to know about the effects of solar energy on earth. I dislike the professor's voice, but he is good enough to compensate it. At the end I wished that the course would last longer.
It was the first MOOC I completed. I tried it, I found it interesting and I kept going, till the end. It was easy. And it gave me a new understanding of the importance of sports in society. I had no prior experience on the subject.
