Dropped this class as it was unbalanced and the team did not respond to issues in a well rounded manner. Not professional in some respects and had no desire to spend anymore time vested in the materials.
Had to drop within the first week due to lack of response from professional team presenting the materials. So many questions about the materials went unanswered so decided it was not worth the amount of time it would have taken to complete the materials especially since no one was commenting on all the issues questioned!
Only Coursera class taken that has been engaging...which is a feat with an on- line platform. Assignments were relevant to materials presented, Prof Ed had office hours weekly AND he answered questions regularly. Meaningful, thoughtful, wonderful class! I applaud his dedication and cannot wait until part II to begin in April!
Dropped it after a few weeks. So dry Boring and not engaged in any way. It was a series of slides No explanation or discussion.
If you like to learn independently this is the class for you but do not expect to learn about innovation! You will sit through a number of videos that the professor reads, only slightly differently, and then assigns major projects that you then must research on your own. To make matters worse there are vague guidelines so when they are peer reviewed there is a great chance you will not succeed or learn anything constructive from the failed projects! A big disappointment...lots of lost time....and nothing to do with innovation. Only positive? No monetary investment.
