This was a great course. Very informative. There are a number of lectures but they are not overly long or taxing. The instructors are not dry and keep you interested in the topic. I truly enjoyed the sense of humor with which they approached the topics. The exercises not only encouraged the students to dig deeper in to the subject matter but were also fun. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in nutrition, food, and/or good health. I really hate to see it end.
