I cannot thank enough all those who have put this course together thus sharing their knowledge so effectively and generously. The course is very well structured and it truly motivates participation. Heartfelt thanks to the mentors who have continued to inspire us throughout the course with their comments, feedback and also by providing additional resources answering to specific interests. It has been a joy to be part of this online community of committed learners and mindfulness practitioners. The course could not have been offered at a more appropriate time and I wish to acknowledge also the richness of resources that have been made available, particularly to deal with the difficulties faced by many during the Covid-19 crisis. All in all, it was a most satisfying and grounding experience, and I look forward to continuing my practice and knowledge of the science of Mindfulness by participating in future courses.
