I found the course rich and rewarding. The videos are very personable, the exercises were simple and soon became part of my daily routine. Though I’m still better with the ten minute than the twenty minute meditation on a daily basis. The rich vein of scholarship underlying the course, with some great links to videos and online journal articles got me not only to practice mindfulness, but to understand it as an academic discipline. The end of week videos from Craig and Richard are a great watch, drawing together the major themes. As I started late I missed out on the benefit of the discussion, but was interested to see what others had written and to frame what I might have said if I had done the course in the proper time. I hope to expand on this by doing the "Maintaining a Mindful Life" course which follows it.
