Great tutorial from Codeschool, and endorsed by Google. Enough said, this is one of the best tutorial series I've taken. It teaches from the basic level to complex topics. Angular is a powerful and versatile language and this course teaches you that.

I have tried learning Angular from a lot of sources but had failed to get a hold of it. Most books and courses went to great lengths to explain expressions and filters (which are quite straightforward) but somehow mentioned the need and purpose of directives, modules etc. in the passing and got right to using it. This was the first course in which all those concepts were explained and made sense! The books and docs started making a lot more sense after taking this course. Definitely worth the time and (minimal) effort that I put into this course.

The Angular framework is cool. There is no single way to do things, so there is no one way to teach the framework. However, this course provides just the right mixture of basic coding knowledge and structure to get a new Angular programmer up to speed. I don't recommend it for someone who is new to Javascript (closures? anonymous functions? What is this sorcery?), but for someone who has used Javascript and a little JQuery, Angular is the next logical step and this course makes it easy to get started.

This was my first Code School class, and I must admit I was throughly impressed. The attention to detail and interactive examples were phenomenal. In the future, I definitely see myself taking additional courses.

What I liked most of this course was its smooth progression. This course slowly develops your knowledge around angular, and after it is complete, codeschoool show you some really good references. Great introduction, with an easygoing workflow.

This course is an amazing kick start to angular. It covered lots of ground in such minimum amount of time. These days everybody has A.D.D. and this keeps you focused on learning. Great job guys!

Everything about this tutorial was fun and slick. Code School's interface is one of the most intuitive and helpful online coding interfaces I've seen. The hints are great when you just keep looking past that one error in your code. That being said, I would love to see a longer Angular tutorial! One that gets into more complicated things like Dependency Injection, Services, Views and more.

While I'm fairly experienced at writing Javascript code I was a complete newbie to Angular.js This course provides a great starting point if you want to get into developing these kind of apps, however it is a very basic course and somewhat ambiguous if you want to get into the deeper parts of Angular. Although I'm not sure if there's going to be a second part or not It would have been nice for the lessons to go just one step further, especially in the part about managing DB relations. All in all it's a very good course and I highly recommend it.

This was my first time with AngularJS, and I think is a great opportunity for those like me, never saw anything regarding AngularJS. To extract the maximum level of knowledge, I can advice you to take some courses form the JavaScript path before take it (just in case you are not familiar with javascript).

The course was awesome! I really like it. Not only for clearly explained but for lack of test too. I'm not interested on testing now, I want to know the basics of framework without concern on testing. The course has some important lacks like routing but I really consider that It was a good course. Thank you Code School, thank you Google (Sorry for my english, I'm colombian and only speak spanish correctly)

the course is a good starting point for beginners, or a nice refresh. I hope to se soon or later some follow-up courses focusing on more advanced scenarios and on testing.
