This is one of the best courses I've taken and it really teaches you how computers work at the lowest level. Also, excellent instructors and I would recommend this to anyone!

This must be my favorite academic experiences of all time. It delivers what it promises -- you build a working (virtual) computer from the ground up -- and then you build an assembler for it. It delivers what it promises -- you build a working (virtual) computer from the ground up -- and then you build an assembler for it. It's hard, but they walk you through it. If you think you might enjoy this, you _must_ take this course.
