The course included a portions of a textbooks which i found valuable. I thought I knew a good amount about law but I ended up learning alot. Very direct course, read chapters, take short quiz, worth it.

If you are thinking of starting a business, this is a good subject to learn. To get the basics (and pass the class) is pretty easy.
