Very good; a concise review of complete course content. Necessary exercises to become more aware of contexts and personal story. I enjoyed it. This preview sets the tone for the whole course. The videos are essential. Because I have gone through the two previous courses, I found that this is a good nexus from the previous to the next which I plan to take again. Thanks to all of the team members.

I think the course is excellent, the quality of the speaker, the contents and the invitation to focus on us as part of the system we want to influence, because we are all parts of it. We are not separated, we are connected and we need to open our mind, our heart and our will, be present. Thanks a lot!

It was a great experience in personal reflection of my life and the challenges that I face myself now and in the future. How can I be a part of change that is necessary in these difficult times politically and socially?

However I tried understanding what this theory is all about, I really don't get it... I don't know what I have to do, what questions I have to answer, how and if I should change something. More puzzling then ever before.

It is making me aware that everything starts with me--being aware of how I, one-see the world, two interreact with that world and three--how I affect that world. I see this concept applies to everything, personal, work, local, community, city-wide, state wide, country wide and world-wide. How I affect everything and how we can change for the better-for all.

It's sth different to your usual focus on external realities. It is kind of similar to what I do in my life to personalize and journalize a learning process, or a system or social context. Moving on, I'm concerned about how I could possibly find cooperators for the more social 1x course.

A life changing, self reflective exercise that has helped me redefine and refine my own purpose, vision and intention. I have spent many years as a Professional Coach as well as a Marketing professional within Financial Services, however these perspectives and the experience has addedd value to the strategic direction I have recommended to the business I work for. I highly recommend this course for strategists, marketing experts, client experience professionals and of course... leaders and change makers who care about leaving this world better off than when they entered it.

Adorei!!

The course legitimatises what I instinctively and intuitively believe to be true, that we are all connected by fostering awareness and deep sensing we can create a functional, sustainable and beautiful world that brings us happiness & joy. It is the paradigm of separation that keeps us on the downward spiral of stress, abuse and destruction. ULab opens up THE most important conversation about the world we are creating and gives the message that each of us individually has the power to make a significant impact through the process of sensing and collaboration. The course gives me hope and excites me about the possibilities that are available to us

Great course. A key insight for many who know the world needs to change but need a little nudge forward. A great way to connect with a large community worldwide and start the U journey along other people sharing the same vision. And Otto is a great teacher.

Great introduction. Interesting focus on involving all eco systems and prototyping to tranform society. It all stats with the fact that an organization can produce something that members of this organisation individually do not want.

Good content. I had hoped for a deeper dive or a different take than I got from the The Essentials of Theory U book. I was looking for this to supplement my learning. The book is much better but this course is a great start to begin digesting the content.

After 2 years learn Theory-U I still feel alone. I know what is the blocks. One is that I not invite some of my friends in the group to seriously learning this Theory. So after this week, I will do my initiation for invitation them. Hope it can be outcomes of co-initiating. I need a core team to dive into the U process. But more than that one of the success is how to operate prototyping. Although in small scale, I will begin with vegetables organic in countless of 300 meters of land. Energy follows intention and attention. The best learning for Theory-U activates us to make practices. Thanks, Otto and his energies staff.

More than a course, I feel it is an introduction to the U Model strategy, however, it has been very enriching to know that this type of initiative is being carried out to reverse the direction that we as a human being are leading. For me it was very good to find this initiative, because it reinforces the project that I am carrying out, which finally has the same objective, that the strategy of the U Model. Now I have more tools of understanding to better inform my project.

It was a great course that makes you dig deep within yourself, look at the world outside - and yourself inside, in a different perspective. It breaks down barriers and creates understanding at a microscopic level which is needed if we want society and our world to change for the better. Great content and tutors. Thank you!

A very clear, concise and coherent introduction to an interesting course. There is a new age emerging, which brings with it shifts in thinking. We need to stay connected to the spheres of our environment, our spirituality and our fellow human beings in order to be the instruments of this change.
