The course is truly inspiring. Practical, for the times, relevant and concise. The ideas that make sense separately, have been bought together in the theory and this course. There are continuos AHA moments, through the course.

As a Truth- Seeker and a person who is committed to making a significant contribution to humanity, I am overjoyed to have been introduced to U Lab/U Theory through my neighbor. When I reflected on how to write a worthy review, I decided to read some of my "life- guiding notes". I found these questions and what I absolutely adore about U Lab is that it is the CATALYST for CHANGE and illuminates the gray and cloudy areas around one's Life's ASSIGNMENT. For example, I have been meditating deeply on the answers to the following questions: 1. What was my Original Call (Purpose, Vision, Assignment?) 2. What are the greatest passions of my Heart? (Specifically what have I been DESIGNED to do; to accomplish based on an inventory of my gifts, skills, talents, abilities, education, experiences, education, and interests) Think: What specifically makes you an SUV (Special, Unique, and Valuable)? 3.What have I been feeling God urging me to d... Well... U Lab sends us on an Incredible Deep Journey to/ of discovery and exploration to find the Answers... My heart is full of immense gratitude for the brilliance, dedication, insight, grit, vision, and wisdom of the entire U Lab/U Theory team...for creating these courses. I can't wait to see the personal transformation as I boldly take each step of this journey and into the unknown, but emerging future... =0)

Fascinating, cutting-edge material to help us look at what's really happening in the world, in us and ways to be more creatively positive. Course is short, well-structured in segments. Can stop, resume it as able. Great intro to the more serious several week course on Theory U.

Excellent course. Envolves participants emotionally, by connecting the content to oneself and to the main global challenges. BRoad range of topics addressed, but follows a good story line. Uses good exercise that make sense and relate to participant's live and aspirations. Looking forward to u.lab1x course. Thank you to everyone involved in making the MOOC.

Great way to get you thinking about innovation in every day life and work. This is the basics for everything else. At first the UX seems a bit clunky and cumbersome but it forces you to pay attention across all units. Highly recommended

Amazing introduction, so much already in it. I was a bit doubtful about the possibility of a deep experience online, I thought it might only address my brain. But I felt touched and connected and can feel a deeper process happening. I strongly feel this kind of process is what our world needs, what we need. Gratitude and warm thanks

This is my first on-line course, however I'm a LifeLong Learner. Huge fan of Chomsky, Senge, Scharmer and believe this work is brilliant. Could not be more excited about this connection, the course and what can be co-created. Not as computer savvy, therefore had to get help to navigate, and the serendipity here was computer guide is also taking this course making it all even more synergistic.

Content is fascinating, challenging, and helps to explain riddles such as why so many well-intended efforts continue to produce undesired results. Stimulating, high-level models and ideas. A useful overview of the core concepts and a taste of what will be involved in pursuing the 1x course.

I really enjoyed this introduction to U-Theory. Whilst concise, the content is thought-provoking and the explanation of key frameworks is very useful. Seeing U-Labs in action everywhere in the world solving business and societal problems is eye opening as to the power of the methodology

I really enjoyed this course! Great introduction, with a relevant and accessible content. I found the format very adapted for me, with the succession of small videos and reflection phases. It took me much longer than 90 minutes to go through, because of the exercises and mostly because I enjoyed taking time to appreciate and understand the concepts. And even though it was a certain time investment, I haven’t had enough and I’m looking forward to the next session! Thank you to all the persons behind u.lab and Theory U.

Great introduction to the Ulab theory and good questions to get you started for Ulab 1X. I will definately participate in the Ulab course in September. It took me longer than the 90 minutes that was in the handout. Take 1/2 day to make sure you realy catch the information in the clips.

I had taken the previous ULab. It not only recaps the principles, it provided further insights on how to lead from the future as it emerges. It bottom line the concepts and showcase how Theory U was being applied. I highly recommend the course and I enthusiastically look forward to being part of this positive change movement to sense and act as the future emerges.
