Great and simple resource in order to be more mindful of the everyday things you can do to build bridges among different people and thoughts. Even though it was a bit general, I think that is a strength, since bigotry and opportunities for using the three D´s can come anytime. With the help of this course, I will try to implement the lessons taught to be a source of change in my life.

I felt it did not address how to listen and engage respectfully with those who hold different values, for example racists or misogynists. Is the role of dialogue not to affect change, and how do we change objectional views if we don't challenge in a meaningful way?

I really enjoyed this course. It is logical in its sequencing, and has a lot of good lessons about tolerance and inclusion. It was a great "bite sized" piece of professional development for a mornings work. I have lots to reflect on after participating in the course.

This course is well organized, i take two courses from catalyst, i notice that their goals is very important but they not consider any society's viewpoint. the total freedom isn't true for anyone. Any society in the world has its culture, first i must know what is the true or false (restrictions) in that society. But generally it's a fruitful course. Please Refer to your culture when taking this course.

This experience was seriously one of the best in itself, Language was simple and the way it was explained with each and every scenario was quite interesting. Now, as I m through with this course I would like to put these learnings to my daily activities while having a conversation with colleagues or friends and family rather than assuming wrong, I will think another way around. Will practice Micro-Affirmations with juniors as"It doesn't take much to provide though" Thanks for giving such a wonderful experience"

I enjoyed this course. While I have some formal training in the subject matter, it was nevertheless a great refresher and I learned some new tools, techniques, and terminology that will further enhance my abilities in this area. This was also my first MOOC. I look forward to taking more courses from this provider and completing my certificate.

This course took me over 2 hours to complete, not 45 minutes. But it was worth it to really think about my responses and engage the material. It is an excellent course--I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in intentionally improving their communication and has a free afternoon. I only wish that it was a longer and more in-depth course. Thank you so much, Catalyst, I will definitely be taking more of your courses! :)

Very short and super-informative: just enough to start thinking more about how you can have better relationships with people. There are several good techniques mentioned in the course, and although it may feel like it's not the type of behabior you see around normally, it feels like something worth trying. Doing the course took me about 2 hours total, but it is just a start to more.

It feels good to get acknowledged what we are doing at work place or community is good enough or not. I felt I'm a good colleague and a Team player but this Course taught me there are never ending approaches and opportunity to improve yourself. I'm stick to it and going to apply Dialogue and Allyship in day to day life. Thanks Catalyst, Thanks edX.
