Really nice approach. The pace is very good. Very Casual. Much content in short time and that too in such a simple way. No long videos. But good concise text is provided. And exercise are so relevant. Loved the teaching style.

The instructor provides good quality lessons in simplest of terms so that the course is easy to learn for everyone. The topics are very well organised, very nicely explained and are very easy to understand the way they were explained. The tips and guidelines, suggestions in the form of style studies are really practical and much needed. Overall, a great work !

I found this course exciting. It introduced me to a lot of new techniques, adding immensely to my knowledge of CSS and HTML. It started with beginner's level, then gradually went to advanced level. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to understand CSS.

I enjoyed the course and learned a lot. I have been away from development for about 10 years so I wanted a refresher on what has developed since then A few of the activities were a bit difficult but I eventually got it. I would definitely recommend.

The course is "CSS Basics," but their is certainly the opportunity to go beyond that if one so chooses. The course offers many tangents that allow you the ability to delve deeper into certain topics. I would highly recommend this course for someone that is unsure about the fundamentals of CSS, but is ambitious enough to build upon those fundamental skills. The course is not designed to "hold your hand" all the way through, and the activities are challenging for beginners. But it is an awesome feeling when you write code cleanly and it does exactly what you want it to do! Thanks for the class, CSS Basics team.

I really liked it. First, the way of presenting knowledge is very harmonious: small articles interspersed with video and exercises complement each other and allow you to digest the information to the maximum. And of course, the test at the end of each module turned out to be very useful, which helped to determine how well the new information was learned. Second. I do not speak English very well. My knowledge, of course, not without the help of an interpreter, was enough for me to learn the course. Three. Thank you very much that you give the opportunity to receive knowledge for free. Of course, a certificate is always useful, but now I cannot afford it, but the most valuable thing is knowledge. Regardless, M.

The course is PERFECT! I had a great pleasure to study it. All information is clear and where it should be, everything is logically structured. I liked the exercises and examples which were given. I hope it is not the only one course by Kasey Champion. Thank you all who participated in creating this course. I loved it!

I never knew CSS could be this simple. The instructor nailed it with easy to understand presentation methods, relevant activities and assessments. I also appreciate the inclusion of external links in the instructional materials. It will be of great benefit to me. The activities took some time for me to get it perfectly right. The course was really great. Although, I felt more could have been added to the video content.

It could have been more focused on the basics and waiting to explain other topics in the next session. But overall, the content will help in my development. I suggest (as I will do) to keep this course handy for review when I get lost.

I really enjoyed this course and it took me at least 10 hours to complete it(reading course only, activities and exams). The instructor is clear, activities are not boring and exercises are hard enough to enjoy the grade! I already knew a bit of html and css so I wasn't lost. I really liked the numerous sources of knowledge given in the course: so much to read and learn, and efficient tools too. I am about to begin the javascript course and intend to get the professional certificate if everything goes well.

please make the navigating the course, less complex. also, if possible make the entire course materials downloadable via a single click [for students without an internet connection at home - in the developing countries]. (you can always sue people who sell this course materials after downloading them).

Kasey did a great job presenting the course materials: concise and articulate. I'd recommend the course to anyone new to CSS, who really wants to improve their skills as a web designer. I feel, at least, that I now have a fighting chance! Thank you!

This course will be ideal for someone who already has some knowledge of HTML (which one should have anyway, prior to taking a course on CSS). The course content was quite good and the exercises (plus the projects) were well chosen in my opinion. Though I won't say this course was the best, it was a good one.

I just finished this course. It is not bad for very beginners. Many external materials for reading. I wish there were more recorded sessions, like other courses have, and practical task that requires reviewing by other people.

Course should have the same level of difficulty or maybe a little easier with more fully worked out examples. Add more content. The course description promised more than it delivered. Simply advising students to go out and find examples of website exhibiting certain characteristics is a waste of my time. The course should provide links to examples followed by detailed critique and suggestions for improvement. For all ungraded questions, a "Show answer" button should be provided. In some cases, the hints were not sufficient. Correct the typos (about 7 or 8 I noticed). Not all of the videos have closed captions. The audio volume on most videos is too low -- I had my speakers on at full volume and could just barely hear some of the audio. For an organization with as much prestige as W3C, the quality of this course is way below your standard. It actually harms your reputation.

I was disappointed with the course, because some questions do not exist right or wrong from a didactic point of view, so the expected response is something more personal than technical, and that reflects some parts of the course too. Also because the W3C Introduction to HTML5 course has everything seen in this course, more complet and still has some "advanced items" (for Microsoft perhaps?) such as flexbox, table layout and absolute positioning, it can be said that this course is a simplified version, with fewer exercises and more challenges (exercises that are requested, but there is no reference to know if it is right or wrong). However, I found this to be the ideal course for those under 18, because it is simpler, more basic and less technical than the CSS seen in Introduction to HTML5.

At the initials stage, looked like tools of a machine but gradually, going through some links to the historical background of css and being able to go through web background, i think the tension is reducing and about the course, it is a very good course and if completed, the individual will excel anywhere he/she works, in addition even as a private business person will definitely excel . As for the instructor and the provider, both are excellent.

Dates aren't easily available in a visible location. Exercises aren't tested for false answers. Really? Wow. Must be a Microsoft thing. It's ok to release, they'll patch it one day.
