This is a tough course, giving both insights and hands on experience on public debt. The concepts are difficult but the lecturers explain everything. The assessments are a lot and dominate the course and are helpful in understanding the material. Overall, a difficult yet satisfying course.

An interesting and informative course, with little prior knowledge necessary for most of the course.

I am sorry to say this, because the topic is extremely actual and interesting. The material is presented in a way that is confuse, non-systematic and in several cases misleading. Sometimes key terms are used without a clear definition. In other cases, notions are given without any explanation, so that the only choice is to either learn the definition by heart or to spend long time in researching. In other cases it is true the opposite, i.e. obvious points are repeated over and over. Finally, I find the speakers in the videos are not adequate (maybe the accent or the quasi-monotone voice), and no handouts are available, so that the user is forced to look at all the videos. I am sorry for this feedback which is probably to harsh, but I really wanted to refresh and deepen this topic, and I will need to search elsewhere.

The course is very interesting and educative. I enrolled late coupled with official commitments I could not do some of the assessment tests and so decided to withdraw.

This is a very well-structured and passionately delivered course. My only recommendation is that it be made self-paced as there is a huge volume of material underpinning the course.

Hello everybody I am Octávio Mutunda from Angola. As you may have known Angola is non English speaker country. However, I am very interesting in attending this course. Currently Angola is experience strutural macroeconomics change, and maintaining a sustainable public debt is of high interest of government and public in general, that is why we are enrolled to this course so we gain suficiente knowledge to help build a good debt strategy for the country. I can't wait to start this program best regards

I hope this will be easy to understand for overseas students (I am from Indonesia) like me, where English is not the official language here.
