There are two kinds of courses one which are useful in short run, and the
select few which can change your life, this is one of the latter. This course
deals with philosophy, and gives an inside peak of a Harvard classroom
(classes are a recording of classroom). Join if you want to challenge your way
of thinking, course moves beyond theoretical aspects, and tackles some
contemporary issues with perspective of Philosophers, what would Aristotle
think of a modern problem or a John Rowles. In the end MJ Sandel is a Great
Professor, I ended up reading all his books. A must for anyone looking to go
beyond daily Grind.

Justice is an excellent course. The lectures are a delight and deceptively thought-provoking. Even with hundreds of students in the room, Professor Sandel does a superb job of soliciting opinions and encouraging discussion. (The students are a delight, too; able and ready to think on their feet.) I have studied ethics on my own for several years, and include ethical decision-making when I teach my own courses on philanthropy and nonprofit management, and I still found Justice to be useful and thought-provoking.
