Wendy and David went straight to the points needed to prepare a succession framework. The case study shows the complexity of Family Enterprises throughout the Six chapters. Communication, trust and transparency are key in developing a succession plan for the families to agree to. Group discussions in this course helped immensely . I will be recommending this course to all three generations of our family business.

I really like the content of this course and I think David Bentall has a great way to share his experiences as a consultant and as a business owner. I am not sure if it is available, but if there is a simple way of getting a PDF package of all the worksheets the instructors reference I think that would tie everything together extremely well and provide a great foundation to implement
