I love it! This course taught me a lot about computer science and I was able to pass my exam. Excellent course. Unfortunately I was unable to complete because of time conflicts.

I began this course to prepare for the CS certification exam, but did not complete it until after I had taken and passed the exam. I was already officially certified, by the time I completed the course. After completing the course, however, I realized I may have done significantly better on the exam ... maybe made a 100! The content, instructor, and provider are much better than those for any other online course I have ever taken.

I am currently working on transitioning from teach algebra to teaching AP computer science. This class has helped develop my understanding of the basic elements involved in CS. I have not taken the certification test yet, but I feel that I am prepared to now do so.

This course is an absolute lifesaver!!! I have a CS degree but have been out of the programming side for numerous years. My 141 test will be happening in a few weeks and this course has given me the confidence I needed. It is structured very well and the videos are outstanding. If you are going to become a teacher in this field, sign up for this course and pay the fee to get access to the quizzes. You will not regret it! I am surprised that this program does not have more exposure as the go to source for future test takers.

I first took this course in the summer of 2016, then again last month in preparation for my certification test. Parts of the course were challenging, but that really helps prepare you for the test. I honestly believe this course is the reason I passed. The course is comprehensive and well organized, and the instructor makes the content accessible. Highly recommend!

All materials and quizzes were easy to follow. I appreciated that the practice problems allowed me to learn. At times I got the correct answer but was not confident that I understood the material. The practice problems allowed me to see reasoning behind the correct answer.

I am an Algebra teacher with very little computer science experience and I found this course to be extremely beneficial. I plan to take the computer science certification exam soon and I feel like this course has adequately prepared me for the exam.

Course and Instructor were great. Had a little bit of confusion when completing the first quiz, but it was taken care of right away. Only problem I had were with some of the Intro video's telling me I didn't have permission to view, just had to open up internet explorer instead to view those short clips. Came in to the course on 1/27 and was able to finish the course on time. Thanks so much!

This course provided a great guided overview of what will be expected for the certification exam. This class filled in some gaps I had in my understanding and was a great launching point to additional topics in CS I should also explore.

I thought the content was well done. It was easy to do at my own pace. I was able to complete the final even though I enrolled very late. I had a small issue when I upgraded my account but the administers took care of it swiftly and I was able to start the quizzes and do the final.

Hi, I enrolled in very late February with the hopes of completing everything so that I could take the TExES Computer Science certification test in June. I was surprised by the March 6 and March 10 close dates. I hope I can revisit or restart this class because I found the first three modules VERY helpful and easy to follow. This course is what I need to pass the exam, but I just couldn't finish within the short timeframe.

I am a math teacher, but I have a minor in computer science. I enrolled in this course to study for the TExES CS 241 exam. The modules were easy to follow, and you can do them at your own pace. The modules adequately prepare you for the quizzes and practice test included in the verified course.

I am a math teacher and a self taught hobby programmer. I wanted to prepare to take the CS certification test. I feel this course has gotten me off to an excellent start on my preparation. I thought the content was excellent and the instructor was excellent. If you are a introductory level programmer looking to increase your knowledge and prepare for the CS cert test, I highly recommend taking this course.

I enjoyed this course and learned a lot about Computer Science and how it should be taught. I have experience with computer science, but taking this course has opened my eyes to what the students need to learn and better ways of teaching these principals.
