Companies that were non-existent a few short years ago, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Uber, have dramatically changed how we interact, communicate and get from point A to B. Even Amazon and Google are relatively “young” by any measure. If you’re an entrepreneur, investor, manager, or student, you need thoughtful approaches to navigate and win in this new environment.

This course is organized around four broad themes and we will use relevant theory and analysis, as well as numerous practical examples to develop our key learning points.

I have completed this course and have to say that it's one of the best offered on edx in terms of organization, content (up-to-date) and staff involvement to answering questions and considerations. There are many discussion forums, and so if you need to find an answer to a particular topic it's easy to use the search engine. Videos are of good quality and the professor has a good style of delivery. I like that this course lectures have a plethora of examples in different fields and its helpful for learning new concepts in regards to digital marketing, social media and e-commerce that I didn't know before, so it was time well-spent. The cost of the course is particularly high in comparison with other courses in edX and I am not sure whether this is because of the school's brand name or the digital marketing content for market's demand or both. However, I have to say that in order to keep a MOOC or any other online offered course at ... I am a Co Founder of a start up and learnt a great deal from the course. Whilst there is much to do I now understand some of the fundamentals of marketing that will assist when discussing various marketing strategies with either staff or an agency. There were many notes taken throughout the course that I found most valuable.

This was a solid Wharton Online course that provides a clear foundation in Digital Marketing. I've been able to relate this content to the emerging FinTech space in Banking and hope to continue to learn more about the topic as I try and apply techniques from the course.
