This course is not very demanding. I took "International law" on edx and I had to spend a lot of time taking notes and studying. I have a feeling that I will forget everything from this course in a week because other than a lot of talking there was nothing challenging. Quizes and excercises are required otherwise it is just getting the certificate. I developed a plan but I am not sure if I ever open that again.

The course the was worthwhile and I enjoyed it. The problems I had were with Edx wrapper on the course. You needed to provide more instructions. 1. The course videos on Windows 10 were difficult to see. If I downloaded the video and used windows media player (much better). The launch code usage was terrible. I had to wait until after 8pm EST to run them. That could have been told to us.

I found the framework clear and easy to apply in work context. However, the homework is a bit lengthy, text-heavy and not engaging. I found myself a bit impatient around the Personal Leadership Plan, therefore I don't have a lot of confidence to introduce the tool to anyone else I know. If we can condense the workbook. e.g. less text and more info-graphic, and a more friendly forms - it will be more inviting for anyone to complete it.

Very informative, down-to-earth, but open minded... This is the first course I took in edx and I am happy to have bumped into it. Though I just finished college, I will do my best to be a leader in different situations each day. A leader is not the boss of a team/company/group, the success of the whole group depends on people at the bottom also stepping up and being a leader at the right time and place.

The content is easy to follow and informative. The discussions can be useful although, most people say similar things but I like the idea of participating and getting other people's insights and resources. If you complete all of the tasks, in the end this course is very valuable, especially for people who are new managers.

Course content was ok. The best thing this course has EACH concept. I liked that and it is easy to implement. Then only drawback of this course is that they beat around the bush a lot of times. But, if you go through the course smartly, it is really enlightening.

The course is short and definitely not demanding. Its to the point and perfect for someone on the path to hone their leadership skills. Would have been great to have a more interactive quiz or case study. Nevertheless time spent well for me.

This course was short but to the point with great useful information. I have been working on my leadership skills for some time now and I will say that I learned a good bit. I like knowing the EACH attributes and feel this will be a great addition to my skill set. The instructors did a great job teaching and the video communication was very clear. The personal leadership plan was nice and is one that can be changed when needed to further develop your leadership goals. Thanks to Edx, Catalyst and instructors that have this possible. I look forward to enrolling in many more classes.

This course open my eyes to a more enlightened approach to leadership and management style. I always felt that the approach taken by old-school-in-your-face kind of approach is ineffective as much of the process is driving by fear. Fear is a primitive feeling of despair and hopelessness, and to used in the 21st century make it seems like we are still stuck in the Dark Ages. Inclusive leadership is the way to go in moving forward to be more inclusive and less exclusive, so thank you Catalyst for showing a better way!

I think this course might be useful for someone who has never been the leader of a team, or for someone who has been a leader for too long, I mean, for someone who is not used to "modern times".... I find also that the content is not too encouraging, since it leaves too much to the student and the videos are, to a certain extent, a bit old fashioned in their way of displaying things.

In some ways this was an easy course - it relies on your own accountability. If you are interested in Inclusive Leadership and want to reflect on your own leadership and ways to improve, this is a course I would well recommend. It is a change from within course.
