If required, you can can find many help topics on Excel at the Microsoft Office Support Site. You are welcome to use any supported version of Excel you have installed in your computer, however, the instructions are based on Excel 2016. Very good. Would have been even better if there was a closer connection between video lecture and quiz/lab material. Something like the following: 1. A simple demonstration 2. Exercise similar to demonstration 3. Demonstration of complexities 4. Exercise requiring generalization of complexities. Good job.

Great course to see new features from Excel 2016 on 365, understand some limits of using table, pivot table, sumerizing number against pivot table, basic dashboards features and finally, what I've looking for, multi tables in a pivot table feature.

Very nice one, it also made me look for outside sources to get more knowledge about features that interested me. Could be less repetitive, however I get the idea why it is this way - knowledge must sink in. I really liked the instructor too.

I really enjoyed it, it was challenging enough to make me think but easy enough to not put me off learning more. The quizzes reinforced the lecture content really well and the further reading helped when I was stuck. An improvement I would suggest would be to maybe employ some of the earlier techniques again in later labs, for example sparklines and the calculated fields.

Very good course. Start from basics and build up towards more and more advance concepts. Assignments and quiz questions are challenging and make you hit roadblocks sometimes. But when you find way out of the problem, it's really satisfying experience. Beautifully crafted learning experience. I think this is going to give me big boost in my career. Now that I have completed this course, I can understand how much helpful online courses be in life.

The instructor mentioned a hierarchy throughout this course from easier to complex. But the way he taught I found everything very easy.I completed the whole course in just 3 days.

Doing Pivot tables the way that was taught here was more straight forward and more functions that I never used were highlighted. I love the Labs, it helps you do even more than was in the training videos.

I was thinking this was just going to be a quick refresher on pivot tables. I was wrong. This was much better. I liked the "Lucy manager" theme throughout to connect the exercises. This created a "why" approach to each module, building on each one, instead of independent videos with a period of steps. The wording in some of the questions could be a little more straightforward. But overall, awesome course.

The course was very good, I learnt quite a few new things. The only suggestion I would make is to make the viewing of the excel sheet in the lecture larger so that we can view the formula's used.

Demonstration and explanation is easily understandable, although the displays can be zoomed in a little more since the text is quite small. Demonstration and explanation is easily understandable, although the displays can be zoomed in a little more since the text is quite small.

Demonstration and explanation is easily understandable, although the displays can be zoomed in a little more since the text is quite small. The exercises, especially the quizzes have students to explore the new mechanic, not just asking 'what did you learn from the presentation' kind of question, although the last topic's exercises feel kind of lacking the challenge the previous topic's exercises have. Overall, for an introduction course, it's a good course to set your foot in the world of data analysis and Excel.

Great course. Very useful even if you have been using excel for a couple of years. Also example datasets to play around with were very helpful. I thought it was nice that they also had tips for those who did not yet have Excel 2016. My only critique would be that the examples were mostly for a sales person and not someone working in the social sector like myself. But I was still able to apply what I learned to my work.

Course content is well structured and escalated at an acceptable pace in complexity. I have definitely learnt very useful ways to analyse my daily work more efficiently and the course opened the door for me to learn about more functions and capabilities in Excel that were not known to me but became part of my practice daily. Quiz and Lab after each segment were really helpful to directly apply what I learnt and help me keep track of the lessons. The instructor is very good in regards of the material and the way to present it albeit he was sometimes a bit hesitant.

excellent course!! i learnt a lot of new and valuable things.if i had done this course before, i am sure that my work would have become much much easier during my job. and as we all know there is scope of improvement in everything. knowledge checks and quizzes can be made more tricky. and some difficult questions can be added to lab. when we ask a question in discussion form, answers usually come after some time whereas sometimes a person is so much excited that he wants to clear his doubts at that moment itself. so if doubts can be resolved faster on discussion forums, then it will be even more resourceful and engaging.

The course is incredible and easy to follow. The very beginning explains the basic things (Not the most basic but relatively basic) and the lab exercises are explained in detail to guide you without difficulties during the course. Also, the discussion section is really helpful for problems you will encounter during the exercises and most of the times you will be able to answer them by yourself by reading the comment section. Good job
