It is useful as it provides basic information. It could be better if a few case studies would be introduced.

It was very well structured course and it has helped to strengthen the basics very well. It has made me appreciate how important Organization Design is for a company. The best part of the course was content was presented in such a simple manner that anyone with no previous knowledge on the subject could easily grasp it. One feedback to the Instructor would be have a advanced level of this course where we could look at challenges faced in moderating the organizational culture of two companies which has been merged/acquired. Looking forward for more such courses in the future.
