Loved that the course instructors used social media to connect with students, even despite the different time zones - they were always happy to answer questions and fast to respond. Highly recommended.

The course was very dynamic and engaging, with the usage of different tools (from videos, to audio files, social networking platforms, suggested bibiography, ...), it really was a very well structured and useful learning course.

I thought the course was something simpler and more basic, believing the subject to be of a little importance, but the course shows how important the subject is and how my view was wrong, as well as the vast majority of public people and companies. In near future this course will be a compulsory subject for everyone who wants to succeed in their professional lives.

I liked this course because I really had no idea that reputation management existed at all, and that so much things have to be monitored. And that an innocent but negative review can lead to a disaster, loss of revenue, loss of clients etc simply because a company didn't adequately and timely respond to it. Lots of interesting examples and tips on how to handle a bad situation. Very interesting course.

This was the first course I have made online and on Edx. I spent a great time during this study because of the dinamic that the instructors used. The content was ok, really interesting. But the most important part that I really loved was the fact that there was a group on Google and we could interact with others who were taking the course. Beautiful experience!

I loved the course very much! Very informative and up to date with real life facts. You can learn so much from it and there is no need to take a class at classroom or school.

There is nothing in real time as relevant as this course online. KUDOS for taking time to get this out there. The instructors are personable and " on their game". Reputation mgmt for many companies is an after thought. In today's world that spells disaster. Thanks for this timely information and stats. Needs to be a Must for everyone in mgmt.

Really enjoying this course so far. V Interesting with lots of current examples of the (good and bad) ways in which companies have used social media and marketing to look after their reputations. Really like the use of twitter and other social media to connect with the instructors and the rest of the class - thanks Bridget, Lydia and Katharina - you guys are the best!
