I liked it a lot and made me feel like I can do something positive for myself every day. I have meditated before but with these tools and explanations by the instructors, gives me more of a direction so to s... I liked it a lot and made me feel like I can do something positive for myself every day. I have meditated before but with these tools and explanations by the instructors, gives me more of a direction so to speak. I think the only suggestion I would make is to slow down the conversation a little bit since being an American, have a little trouble understanding some words. Maybe it is just me! (laughing)Thank you for offering the online course! I

The course materials are varied and focused on how to do it. The instructors are highly qualified and dedicated for teaching the subject. Highly recommended.
