Clear explanations by the instructor, with ample examples to better understand the material. It is an excellent introductory course about negotiation and conflict resolution in both personal and work sphere. It's format is: each course is four weeks, each week: watch a video, answer one multiple-choice question, rinse, repeat until you have watched 10 videos (about an hour total) from that week and then you can do the assessment. Assessments open each week and close at the end of the four week period of the course.
