The content in this course was interesting, relevant, practical, and useful; and the delivery was well-organized. You complete the course at your own pace; the format allows you to always see the modules completed and the remaining modules. The real-world examples included in the content were extremely helpful. Very easy to pick up exactly where you've left off when you log back in. The quizzes and assessments aren't especially challenging, but they're useful in that they serve to reinforce key content elements. The instructor, via prerecorded video lessons, was clear, easy to understand, and engaging. The provider was great - a user-friendly interface, and the opportunity to engage with other students if desired. I found this course to be well-balanced in that I learned a lot, but it never got overwhelming; it was quite enjoyable overall. I actually found the content and delivery format to be superior to some (paid) continuing education courses that I've taken. Based on my experience with this course, I'm planning to take more courses with this provider. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comprehensive introduction to user experience, user-centred design, or usability testing (the usability testing content was quite comprehensive.) I really don't have any criticisms, as this course was better than some other courses I've paid for.
