In my opinion this is the best online MOOC that I've ever taken. The lessons by Bruce (our instructor), are very well organized and very informative. You can be sure a lot of thought has gone into the planning of this course. I plan on continuing with BIM102 after I complete this course, and I hope that Bruce will continue with even more courses in the BIM discipline.

Wow! This is like a professional course on BIM for free. I would say it beats many of the expensive paid classroom courses in computer modeling that I've attended in the past. Bruce is an excellent instructor and walks students through the fundamental processes of BIM modeling through this course and BIM 202. He's also very responsive to forum posts, even though it's already 2017 and the class was launched several years ago. This course is designed for students with absolutely no experience in BIM and gets them creating some very impressive models in no time. It does require the Revit software, which most post-secondary students can download for free from Autodesk. Two courses don't make a BIM expert, but they're a good way to try out this growing field before making a bigger investment. If you get value out of this course, make sure to thank him. It's a free course and I get the feeling he doesn't get a ton of compensation ... Wow! This is like a professional course on BIM for free. This course and the instructor is well designed to cover all necessary information. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to get his hands on Revit and understand the general idea of BIM.

Very good course for anyone with no prior or little experience using Revit. The instructor explains well, not too fast, not too slowly. It's really good that you have kind of "homework" so it's not just following the course, but you have to do your own project. You can ask questions after every lesson and you will get an answer in the next few days.

I think is really impressive, I would rate them as high as possible! Content is understandable, clear. Instructor gives a clear direction to come to a completion. Yet, the way how the video inspired me to learn when every steps been clearly stated. No mistake or left out from behind. Very impressive and informative. New things keep coming.
