Course Description

It is often assumed that measuring social impact, sometimes called program evaluation, is complex and expensive – however, this need not be the case! The aim of this course is to enable all organisations, regardless of size, to build their evaluation capacity.

Here, you will learn the language of evaluation, strengthen your organisation's abilities to learn what works and to demonstrate your impact to stakeholders, including funders. You will be empowered to develop your own Theory of Change and Logic Model and be provided with resources to assist you in developing your evaluation plan.

Through setting strong foundations for your program development and evaluation planning, you will learn how to position your organisation to obtain the best bang for your buck!
