This course was clearly put together by experts in the field, however the structure and content of the course is not well laid-out. Lectures are WAY too long (40-60 minutes each), are not interactive, and the key lessons around wine are not mentioned. While the interviews could be interesting, the course itself dives deep into too many details without introducing students to the concepts overall. In the end, I was disappointed with this course.

Course keeps your attention and is wonderfully funny at times. It teaches you about the entire wine experience, including: shopping for wine (differences at grocery store or wine speciality store), ordering at a restaurant, and what to look for in smelling the wine or looking at the cork after uncorking. It's fun and educational -- just what I expect from a very good online course. 5/5 Stars!
