The course covers a lot of good material, however it teaches Django 1.6 and older version of python. The problem is that with new versions some packages and procedures are useless(e.g south).

A first glance though a few lectures gives me a sense that the whole course could have been squeezed to about 5-7 hours without loosing value. I had to switch off and decided to come back later considering that so many people have given good reviews - there has to be something good - but def at a cost and to me at this point patience to bear all those unnecessary chatter and a plan beforehand to sit in front of your system for long hours to learn something which can done rather quickly.

It answers questions and gives all the guidance necesary to understand and apply all what he teaches... I'm in lecture 16 and I can't believe how it helps. Thanks Justin and keep on with the good job you are doing. A bit difficult should I say but not impossible. It gives quality.

This is a great step-by-step course to walk you through creation of usable web content. It stays a high enough level of explanation that you can quickly move through content (without getting bogged down by in-depth explanations into underlying programming concepts). The added bonus is that the end result of your training is having a functional website that you understand how to customize. I'm excited to see the completion of the eCommerce site!

The course seemed to end abruptly. It stills seems to be very much a work in progress. It is a pretty good intro, but you would learn more just by going to the djangoproject.com and working through their tutorial. The introduction to AJAX and Bootstrap was good, but there are lots of other free resources and tutorials on the web that you can find.

Hey Justin, thank u very much for coming up with this course. I like the content, presentation and the instructors open mindedness in discussing the subject (referring outside resources). To make it short this course is like buying a macbook for the cost of a tablet. I will certainly subscribe to your coding for enterpreneurs once i complete my course here in udemy. thanks & best wishes

Too fast paced, no introduction to Python and HTML, overpromising marketing. I think this could be a *great* world-class course that puts itself ahead of the crowd, once this huge gap is closed and CfE integrates fundamentals on programming - either through new courses or 3rd party providers. Hope that feedback helps to improve the course!

Seriously. I tried to learn Python and Django plenty of times before. Nothing compares to Coding for Entrepreneurs. Justin's approach to learning by doing is the best way to pick this stuff up. If you are looking to get into Python and Django this is the course for you! The reviews are not False!

The course does a good job in "how do we do it" but not so good job in "why do we do it". In other words, if you are a curious person and wants to know why are we doing what we are doing then you need a supplement reference along with this course. Nonetheless there are things you would take away from this course and that's why I am giving it 3 stars.

This is not a course for beginners. Unless you got some serious background, it is very hard to follow. The instructor very responsive in the forums but the course is not suitable for a newbie. I suggest you take first a Python course, get a good understanding of the language and then take this course. The 2 stars go the misleading IMHO title; not to the instructor. He deserves a higher grade

I find the opportunity to watch a experienced web developer work to be both a blessing and a highly effective learning experience. As a SaaS owner being able to not be lurking over my backend developers backs and learn both the development process and understand the mechanics of the technology we use.... is priceless.

Or actually can after this course that moves a little too fast and way too dependent on the rewind button, to a fault, to a point when the rewind button starts not working, and it begins to double up on itself. It goes really fast and not sure of its value to Entrepreneurs.

I have not finished the class and am only about 10% into it, but over the past week, since I have signed up, Justin has responded to queries in less than a day. He has also made updates to the course for the latest technologies which is great. He moves fast, so be ready to pause the video, switch between open windows, and debug your code. As simple as it sounds, you will make typos which will frustrate you. It will, however, teach you to code. I have also already signed up for Justin's next courses.

I don't remember how many times I made a typo or other types of silly mistakes, but could never ever figure them out. Thankfully, Michael and Anil are here to rescue me from never-end bugging checking. They are super prompt with the answer, patient, helpful, and cheerful. I cannot be more grateful.

The course is great! It focus on the learn-by-doing side of coding. Perfect for everyone who would like to start their own business online. The support is great, and the course gets updated often, and everything is explained step by step, so if you follow each of them carefully, you will complete the projects with no problem. Justin does a great job here by sharing what he already knows., and this course will be like a next piece of the puzzle for all future entrepreneurs out there!

This course is great. Justin has created a true gem of a course. His content is explained clearly and is very easy to follow. Beyond the content, the support for this course is exceptional. I have read other reviews and comments about the quality of support yet I was still surprised. Anyone looking for a course to coding from stage 0 should look no further.

As a "non-tech" guy, I know the anxiety associated with trying to find a tech person to build out my idea while knowing NOTHING technical myself. After much denial, I came to realize that this was a terrible position to be in because not only was I at the mercy of the technical crowd, but I also lacked complete agency in thinking that my ideas NEEDED to be created by someone else. Going into the tech space without an ounce of knowledge how to code just doesn't make much sense, no matter how you coat it. Enter: Coding for Entrepreneurs. This course will allow you to finally break free from the assumption that if you haven't been coding since 15, then it's pointless/too hard to start now. Justin shows you step-by-step how to build a working landing page from scratch that can then be designed to your taste. Very great for the person without any prior coding experience, or the person looking to apply the tech skills they acquired on site... For folks totally new to coding, like myself, who want to delve deeper in the topics, I would suggest analyzing the videos over and over again and supplementing with the Django Documentation (for Python), as he suggests, or Codecademy (for Python and HTML/CSS). Start today, and jump right in. The progress you make is addictive, inspiring, and crazily rewarding. Had it not been for Coding For Entrepreneurs, I'd be at the next tech Meetup hoping to meet someone that would build my product. Thank goodness that's no longer my approach! Kudos to Justin.
