It covers all the basic data structures and primitive algorithms essential for CS kick start. It is well described and practiced. All the implementations are in java. Instructor takes it slow and well versed.

Course is good and helpful till chapter 9. Last two chapters explain things conceptually, and unfortunately implementations of the concepts remain missing. Mr. Dixit should have showed how to implement hash tables and heaps in java. Other than that, this course is a great way to dive into data structures!

The author does not explain things well. Eg. Big O notation. It can be explained much more easily. Search google for "big o plain english". See the answer at stack overflow. Also, search amazon for a good book based on whichever language you prefer - C, C++ , Java etc. I don't think I am coming back here even for free. Udemy always disappoints me.

Raghavendra clearly has a fantastic grasp on mathematics that is beyond my understanding but I'm sure that the java code examples will be most valuable for me and his explanation of the searching and sorting methods that he covers is done in a way that makes it quite simple to understand. Great course!

This is probably the best introductory course on Data structures and algorithms out there. Animations and explanations are very easy to understand. I had to get used to the accent a little bit. But the course is worth every penny.

I first watched Mr. Dikshit's excellent youtube videos on ASCII and Unicode and then found out that he had courses on Udemy. I immediately signed up. His teaching style is very clear and he goes through the material at a perfect pace for me. I like that he uses graphics and tables which make the concepts more concrete.
