I am doing presentations for over 10 years, and I thought I know almost
everything about PowerPoint, but after watching this course, I almost doubled
my working speed! There is a ton of useful tips, tricks and routines that can
really improve EVERYONE'S PowerPoint skills and technique. I really recommend
this course. Alex
Am half way through the course and loving it. It's already improved my
productivity. I wish there was a Nuts and Bolts Course for Excel, Word, Visio
and Outlook (and MS Project if possible). @Taylor : please think about it :D.
I am SUPER glad I took this course (mainly out of curiosity). This is the time
I have taken a course and actually taken the time to add a review mid way. 10
stars to the course. Definitely recommended.

I'm only 66% complete and I can tell you with certainty that I have gotten
that much value. Take the course... don't even bother wondering if it's worth
it. I don't get a dime by endorsing Taylor: I get the satisfaction of seeing
less crappy powerpoint slides... Did you register yet? What do you need? Email

Though I've been a keyboard shortcut user for a long, long time, I've learned
a couple new shortcuts that have already proven to be valuable. I have already
used some of the tips from the first portion of the course for our work
template (eg, adding the formatting guides). The ninja lines are also
incredibly smart! I like the simple callouts used to point out shortcuts and
steps shown in the videos, and building one presentation as a scenario in the
course is very helpful. I use my desktop computer to watch and my laptop to
follow along with the steps. I am looking forward to the remainder of the
course.
I was really surprised by the quality of instruction here. There are some
really good pointers here on increasing your ability to quickly build decks -
especially with regards to slide alignment - as well as structure them.
I strongly believe that what Nuts & Bolts shows you here and trains you is by
far one of the best PowerPoint trainings available. It really keeps up to its
promise and helps you save hours and hours of time. From essentials (like QAT,
understanding, keyboard shortcuts) into highly sophisticated techniques, this
course has it all! I'd happily pay double the price for this amazing content,
this is an amazing course. Although I consider myself an experienced
PowerPoint user, I learned a lot through the ultra express approach, that N&B;
teaches here. Worth every single penny!
I already new a lot of tricks to use powerpoint, but with this course I have
learned even more. The content was what I excepted, the teacher explained very
well and the material was adequate. My speed is really improved. Thanks a lot

This course is fantastic! I am only halfway through the course and it has
already been worthwhile! It comes with materials (PPT exercise decks and a
cheat sheet for reference) so that you can follow along and create some muscle
memory. I think the best way to learn is by experiencing it yourself and this
course enables you to do that. The pace of the course is perfect and was never
too slow or too fast. Moreover the instructor seems extremely knowledgeable
and passionate about his subject. The walkthroughs are very clear and he
covers all info without making the course seem tedious. I have definitely
increased my efficiency in powerpoint, which is something that is very
valuable being in a sales role. Only one minor thing I would improve upon
would be to make the intro/outro to each section quicker and lower the music
volume so that the volume level better matches that of the speaking in the
lessons.
An incredibly helpful course in PowerPoint that so accurately and efficiently
describes various shortcuts and tips to working better. Very helpful and very
easy to follow. Huge props to the instructor for explaining everything with
precision and ease. Thanks!
Taylor has many awesome time-saving tips, from setting up your PowerPoint
environment in a more efficient way, to using SmartArt to quickly and
effectively break the monotony of bullet points. This is a course I would
recommend to anyone who uses PowerPoint on a regular basis!
If like me, you spend virtually every day creating and formatting powerpoint
slides then this course is essential. I have been using powerpoint for over 20
years but I'm always open to any ideas or methods to improve how I use
Powerpoint, or increase my speed without adversely affecting quality or
accuracy. This course puts a huge tick against both those objectives and it
does so in an engaging and immersive way that are easily retained in memory
and can be put to use immediately. This course has not only changed the way I
use Powerpoint, it has improved the speed and efficiency of virtually
everything I do which has in turn increased my output productivity, saving me
hours per week performing common tasks in a more efficient and organised
manner. The content of the course is set out logically, explained in every
detail and clearly demonstrated step-by-step which all combine to make an
excellent, hugely beneficial programme.
I think it is fair to say Taylor has come up with the most complete, to the
point course I have come across about Powerpoint. Exercises build on top of
each other, and if you follow Taylor's directions, you will get MUCH better in
Powerpoint then you once were.
This is an absolutely must-take course for all business professionals who use
PowerPoint extensively – OR for those who just want to impress their
colleagues with their speed. While the road to becoming a PowerPoint speedster
isn’t easy, Taylor makes the learning process enjoyable with his high-energy
speaking style and excellent production quality. He also offers plenty of
practice templates and “cheat sheets” for learning reinforcement during and
after the course, as an additional value-add. The speed-building habits do
take time to develop. You may actually become slower at first while you’re
learning the new techniques, but with practice, you will become many times
faster -- and never build slides (or look at PowerPoint) the same way again.
Highly recommended!
This is an incredible course and a fantastic foundation for PowerPoint. It is
sleek, stylish, smart, and amazingly informative. I am starting at an MBB
consulting firm and graduated from an M7 MBA program. From my experience, this
course is ESSENTIAL for a college or MBA student either interning or starting
full-time at a consulting firm. Don't be lazy--prep for your job early and
avoid spending the first 3 months learning how to use PowerPoint at a high
level instead of learning how to problem solve. As many friends have told me,
knowing Excel and PowerPoint can start you off REALLY strong and make the
difference between an average bonus and a top $40k bonus.
I am working with Power Point regularly and this course helped me to work much
more efficiently. My presentations also look way more professional. It is
worth taking the time to watch it! Thanks a lot! Romy
I just finished watching the Nuts & Bolts PowerPoint Speed Training videos,
and I honestly can't believe the results. In the same amount of time it
previously took me to finish a single slide, now I can complete an entire
presentation. The extra time has allowed me to review all of my slides, both
for mistakes and the opportunity to add extra visuals to my slides. These
videos have saved me countless hours of frustration.
This course is so full of absolutely great content you just have to take it!
Bite size chunks of easily doable content that will turn you into a Powerpoint
Superstar. A thoroughly enjoyable course.
This course is fantastic! This is so much more than keyboard shortcuts and
other times saving tips, it really is a comprehensive strategy for becoming a
speedster in PowerPoint. I have often found these types of courses difficult
to follow what exactly the presenter is doing, but this course is excellent
with tooltips and popups showing what exactly is being pressed and why, and it
does it seamlessly without making it tedious at all. In addition to all the
tips and techniques, this course also provides something tangible in the Quick
Access Toolbar customization file, so that you can immediately be better
configured to be faster in PowerPoint. So if you have ever spent countless
hours creating slides and still not able to get them looking clean and
polished, then this is the course for you. Great teacher, great content, and
great course format! Highly recommend!
I used to spend a lot of time on making PowerPoint by my mouse. But after
spending about 1 week on taking these lectures, I almost can make everything
in PowerPoint by shortcuts, which save my time and make my work easier and
efficient! Also, I don't need to use my eyeballs to see if the shapes are
lined up any more! The course makes me like PowerPoint. Strongly Recommended!
When I first started working at a investment bank, it took me over 3 hours to
edit and create a 5 slide presentation (when it usually takes others 30 mins)!
It looked very easy until I had to eye ball all the alignments and reshaping
(so painful!). This short and super easy to follow training workshop has
helped me dramatically in my powerpoint career. I highly recommend anyone that
uses powerpoint to take this course. Now I just have to figure out ways to
show off my powerpoint skills as a party trick!

The lectures go over the techniques that I mastered over a 3 month period and
more. You can message me and I will be glad to answer any questions that you

This course is a cool workshop to make your work with PowerPoint a lot faster.
It starts with customizing PowerPoint to better match a “keyboard only
approach”, then it works through the design of four slides. These slides are
designed in a way the instructor can show you all the time savers included in
this course. There are not only speed tricks, but also descriptions about how
to align objects in a way you normally would think is impossible (some of
these tricks are amazing!). This will give you the ability to build up
perfectly designed slides. This “Nuts & Bolts”-training also provides some
useful material like a handy list of PowerPoint shortcuts and an export of a
well selected “quick access toolbar” that you can import to have this
customization done within seconds. The only thing that may prevent you from
becoming the fastest PowerPoint editor of your company after this training is

to spend more time on thinking about the content and less time on formatting
things and moving the mouse.
This is by the BEST Powerpoint Guide out there for professionals who make
extensive use of powerpoint. Connector messes, alignment challenges, we've all
been there, done that. This guy is clearly familiar with all types of
predicaments that heavy powerpoint users face in everyday responsibilities,
and provide the best solutions to deal with those challenges in a concise and
systematic manner. He's system of QAT bar is also one of the best I've seen.
If you have no idea what QAT is, why Ctrl+D is better than Ctrl+C,V, locking
mode for paintbrush and drawing, and of course, NINJA LINES! This is for you.
Thanks to all the time that will be saved with the techniques explained here
from now on, I'll be surely one step closer to finding my work/life balance!
I love the course, it has already really helped me in improving not only the
quality of my PowerPoints, but also my speed. Honestly, before I watched your
series, I hated working in ppt for many of the reasons that your course
solves.
having worked at financial institution previous summer, I realized that being
skilled in PPT and excel would give me a definite competitive edge over my
peers during internship because i wasn't really aware of any good PPT
tutorial, I asked some of my friends to help me find one, and one of them
recommended this course (he personally knows the course instructor..heard he
is a chill and funny guy lol) anyways, i finished most of the course and am
really satisfied with it. it taught me many useful tips that i wish i had
known earlier, and i will definitely make use of them for the upcoming summer
internship. i think this course is especially useful for people working in
finance, consulting, business, start-up, or any other industry in which lot of
time is spent on client presentations im planning to go over the course one
more time before summer starts. highly recommend this course!
Admittedly a little intimidating/overwhelming at first, I found the course
easy to follow and very informative, regardless of any previous experience
with PPT and/or lack thereof. The formatting is beautifully done, and I love
that each unit is broken down into smaller mini-lectures. I've done other
courses where each lecture is 1+ hours long, and I just do not have the time
to sit straight through them. These lectures make it easy to jump in for a
quick class, or watch them one after another, depending on how much time you
have. It was definitely eye-opening as well. Ninja lines?! What?! No more
amateur eyeballing it for this girl! I now find myself sitting through pitches
and other people's presentations, silently critiquing their work ;) Overall
awesome course, and I cannot wait for an Excel workshop to come out (please?).
This course is incredible. From watching the videos I am able to see how this
course will get me through creating my power point presentation at an
accelerated pace, but will still embody the very professional mystique that I
strive for. Definitely making me look like a veteran user against all my
peers. The walk through and clarity given in each video is so thoroughly
described that it is easy to follow and use. Plus I learned of new ways
(shortcuts) to get things done at a faster rate. I will be able to go out for
a run, read War and Peace, drink some Orange juice and come back before my
colleges are done with their power point. This is a really hands on learning
experience. It takes the effort to learn, but so does everything worth while
in life, and this is definitely worth your time if you are a constant power
point user. You know what they say, give a man a fish and he will eat for a
