I was looking for a detailed, but still high level overview of Agile and this course delivered excellently. Great job Jonathan!

This is an excellent course. I really like how Jonathan naturally explaining all the technical stuff using examples so it is easy to understand. His production quality is superb. I definitely would recommend this course to anybody who needs to understand the agile concept.

Great course! Each of Jonathan's lectures were easy to follow, and he speaks clearly and concisely. Just enough information to make me want to learn more on my own without being too lean or overloading on information. Exactly what I was looking for as an introduction--and a few steps into--Agile development. Big Wave Dave will surely get his surf shop up in running in no time if one of Jonathan's students are on the project! ;)

There are all kinds of books, practices, disciplines, companies, and sites that can help one learn agile; mostly they agree. I was relieved to discover this course by proxy of http://www.agileinanutshell.com and was very glad it was only $25 at the time a no-brainer price for what is on offer. Basically, everything I'd found researching on my own for free was included in this course and more. The stuff I was missing in my prior research was the implementation side of things. The actual execution of how things work, practical concise examples, and good humble advice about how to really do it. It covers everything one would need to get started and implement agile in their company, and what it doesn't cover I bet you isn't important. I watched the course in 2x speed just because I was watching Sunday night for implementation starting Monday and what I learned was a very distilled, practical, and relevant stuff I feel like I can use. It's a great series of tutorials and I feel like I'm not going to make a huge mess of things as we adopt agile. The advice offered makes sense and isn't just hyperbole or fanboyism and the candor the instructor demonstrates is refreshing. Definitely recommend this course.

I could listen to the writer all day. Agile seems daunting until you get to really use it. Then you can't live without it. The Agile Samurai is so clear, anyone can learn how to apply these methods. Great writer, great narrator, great content. Worth the investment to take this bootcamp course.

If you've never done development of a new product (whether it's software or widgets) TAKE THIS COURSE FIRST!!!! If you're a seasoned Agile developer, take this course to give you a fresh look at Agile development. If you're a Scrum- master and want to change your methods (Scrum is being used by a couple of Government Sponsored Enterprises that are being voted on to 'go away' soon) then take this course. Whatever the case, If you build new things and deliver them to clients, TAKE THIS COURSE! Jonathan uses some solid techniques, and he builds on the shoulders of some solid and battlefield tested research in software development. This is among the best of the best courses I've taken.

This course has done few things for me: 1\. De-mystified agile methodology with simple explanations and examples. 2\. Validated many of the things that I was doing (agile) and reinforced agile concepts. 3\. Now I can carry on conversations related to agile methodology with confidence. 4\. I am now able to plan/execute projects in an agile way. The course is put together well.

I'm pretty sold on virtual training, the price and convenience - and most importantly quality - beats classroom training hands down. This course is no different, it is logically broken up so it's easy to pick up where I left off. The material is nicely presented and it's definitely taking me a long way to get a better understanding of the whole Agile thing. I recommend it!

This is a must watch collection of lectures by author, instructor, developer and project manager, Jonathan Rasmusson. Jonathan takes years of successful experience delivering and managing agile projects and distils out the most valuable learnings in to clear bite-sized lectures of around 5 to 10 minutes each. This is a great approach. I would listen to one or two lectures and then spend some time reflecting on the ideas, and then come back and listen to a couple more. I was struck at how thoughtful and true to agile principles the lectures themselves are. Every idea, thought, concept presented is high value, important, and pragmatic. Every project is different, and Jonathan explains effectively how to adapt the agile practices to best fit your own projects. The investment in time and cost of these lectures is minimal compared with the huge dividends that these practices will return. I would also highly recommend Jonathan’s book, “The... I thought this course was an excellent introduction to Agile. The material was well organized and the topics were covered in a straightforward manner. The instructor was obviously very knowledgeable and did a good job demonstrating how these methodologies can be applied to real world projects. Very good value for the money, too. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the content and delivery of this course and for me it was the right level of depth. Thanks Jonathan for a great course. I particularly like the emphasis that there is not one right way, the main thing is serving the customer the best you can.

Ever too often, Agile explanations sound mysterious or flaky. This time I loved Jonathan's analogy relating planning and adaptability to a busy family life and weekend prioritization. Now I'm a lot clearer about what I've been trying to practice for years!

This is an awesome well done course about agile development practices. It touches on all important aspects and provides a lot of information for anyone interested in agile software development including testers, developers and project managers. I look forward to more Bootcamps and Dojos from the Agile Samurai.

This course will really help you to clear up the murky waters that exist around all projects trying to get off the ground. Jonathan presents some practical tools and great advice from the trenches of real projects that had real pain and how you can overcome those similar challenges you will inevitably face.

I think this speaks at a nice level of detail to be shown to non-techies and devs alike. This course might become a nice tool to use as an intro to agile concepts when bringing it into new organizations. This course has a great emphasis on not being agile for agile's sake...a key point that is often missed by practitioners. I'd recommend this course to anyone looking to get a more full understanding of both the broad scope of agile, and implementation techniques, whether they are just starting out or have lots of working experience.
