Just within the first 2 sections, I've picked up a lot of info on travel hacking. Already looking at getting some sky miles with a new card.

This is a new topic for me, as I've been an "infrequent traveller" up till now. This course walks you through everything needed to take long-distance flights for $50 - $100. I actually researched and found flights in real-time. One round-trip to Europe would cost $6.00. It will take about 3 months to build up the points I need, making the same kind of purchases I currently do, then I only need to check my calendar.

I've taken other similar "Travel hacking" courses in the past, but none were nearly as clear and actionable as Huntly's course. Thanks to this course, my girlfriend and I are already planning a trip to Europe next summer, and have very clear, achievable steps towards meeting that goal, which equates to saving 1,000's of dollars. This course was worth every penny & way, way more.

I'm a relative newbie to travel hacking and the area that confuses me the most is how to actually spend my points. This course gave me a great introduction to various airline alliances and websites for booking travel, such as miles.biz. I'm still not a pro at this, but this course has demystified a lot of things. I hope more lectures are added as the airlines change their award charts and flyer programs.

I knew next to nothing about traveling before I started this course, and now I'm realizing how many miles I've wasted not being signed up for travel programs, and not knowing how to make the most of them. This class changed all of that. It's incredibly in depth, and if there is anything you don't understand, you can ask a question and the instructor gets back to you promptly. I will be doing much more traveling after this! Thank you!

5 stars because the content is valuable and well put together. 4 stars because the "system" is a little risky if you don’t do everything correctly. That needs to be emphasized even more. Make sure to watch the credit score bootcamp lectures closely.

As a mom living on a budget I think I’ve found my new obsession! While I don’t think we can get award tickets for the entire family, even if we get my and my husband’s, and the hotel rooms, then we can afford to travel outside the US, something I want my kids to experience. Less travel channel on TV, more travel in real life!!

Although they require some work, the methods taught in this course represent an excellent way to save on travel expenses. Earning, finding, and redeeming airfares through the use of credit card points and frequent flyer miles allows one to reap the rewards of a frequent paying traveler without actually being one. Notable strengths of the class: 1) Establishing a strong background before teaching the processes 2) Several “tools” (websites) that make the award trip planning process faster 3) Coverage of advanced tactics Recommendations for improvement: 1) Lodging: Although the process is similar, he needs a video walkthrough in this section for at least one hotel 2) Specific Airlines: Additional “Spotlight” sections on other airline frequent flyer programs I recommend this class to anyone seeking to reduce the amount they spend on plane tickets and hotels.

I like this idea- basically hustling the award travel programs to pay for your plane tickets. It’s kind of working the system a little, but nothing wrong with that… Especially since there doesn’t seem to be any downsides, only upsides!

Take this class in an afternoon, you’ll be happy with how you spent your time. I had already been doing a little airline miles hacking to pay for some of my travel, but this gives the answers of how to step it up to full time and never pay more than small fees for a flight again.

This course paid itself off after my first trip, really good use of my time - just regretting I didn't do it sooner. Hope we don't put the airlines out of business!

I love this as a way to get super discounted plane tickets! My husband and I are planning a big trip to Greece this summer and I was able to find and see that the award flights there are available in the practice sections of the class. We don’t have enough miles to book them yet, but now I know the best ways to get more. This class was easy to get through in a weekend, and I can see how it’s going to save us lots of money on airfares in the future. Just have to plan ahead and stay organized!

The course instructor clearly knows his material and presents the information in well-structured way. Although the title of the course may be a little bit misleading (in the sense that, it would be more accurate with the phrase 'credit card' included), this was a very worthwhile course. I would recommend to all those folks suffering with wanderlust, provided they have the means to spend money. As a suggestion to the instructor: I think it's important to emphasize (even more) that--although the benefits maybe fantastic--this IS still a dangerous game. Executed correctly, students of this course have nothing to worry about, however a small mistake can be very problematic, especially with high interest credit cards and incentivized spending for signup bonuses involved. One can all too easily spend the money they cannot afford.

This course has been excellent so far. The website is organized and easy to navigate. In terms of the course set up, the material is very well structured. The freedom to work on this course whenever I get a break from my busy schedule makes this course all the more appealing! The benefits you can reap from this course are definitely worth the time that you invest in taking the course. This is an excellent opportunity for travelers to learn how to get more bang for the buck and for non-travelers to open the doors to many new adventures!

No longer do I have to be jealous of people I meet who've "traveled the world for almost free". Travel points, etc. can be confusing and a pain to navigate on your own - unless of course you have hundreds of hours to spend on all the research. This class is the advanced version of travel hacking, versus the simple blog posts you can find on the internet. Highly recommend. Definitely was worth the investment. Can't wait to apply to real life!

This course is thorough, organized and does an amazing job at explaining what needs to be done to travel for next to nothing. It's upsetting that I did not come across this course earlier as I'm thinking about all the trips I've take over the years that I unfortunately paid full price for! Thank you very much to Huntly for taking the time and effort to put this course together! Very excited for my next trip! Cheers!

This is definitely the most comprehensive explanation of tactics for traveling on the cheap that I have seen. Some of the information is readily obtainable elsewhere on the internet, while much of it is not. The course brings all of the know-how together in a coherent way to help users develop a strategy for traveling on a tight budget. Very well organized, and well worth the course fee assuming you put the course teachings to use. If you aspire to travel more, the info in this course will save you quite a bit of money.

The lay out of this course is excellent, engaging, and certainly makes travel more affordable! It's about time something like this was created. Consider it a very wise investment in your time if you enjoy traveling as much as I do. It's a "no brainer", for $49 and the possibility of saving thousands on travel!
