Rob quite clearly knows what he is talking about. The information given is presented in a very clear way with a lot of excellent advice. The equipment suggested won't bust the bank so it is fairly cheap to use a similar setup yourself. Before taking this course I would never have thought it possible to record good quality video (and audio) using the iPad. Now I will start expermenting with it. Thanks for a very good course, Rob!

Bob is so entertaining, and that is really a plus when you are taking a course. Do you remember the stuffy teachers you had, yep, me too. And I remember the fun one too, they made learning enjoyable and you retained the information so much better. Bob is one of those teachers. And as a bonus, he is very knowledgeable about what he is teaching. I don't even have an iPad and found myself learning as well. Mics, lighting, so much to remember when doing a video. You will enjoy the course and get some real value from it. Happy learning.

This was brilliant. I feel confident that I'll be able to make high quality videos with my iPad mini after taking this course. I can't wait to buy Video Guru when it is available. I'm off to download FiLMic Pro and Pinnnacle to my iPad and then I'm going to go through those sections again step by step using the apps. Thank you!

I don't use iPad (mini or whatever model you can imagine) for video yet but after this course I will reconsider that! Funny, engaging and knowledgeable instructor explaining techie information in really simple to watch lectures. With a book To Sell is Human on the bookshelf (among others) for a great course experience :-). Very recommended.

This course is really REALLY good! Rob has clearly done his research and all in the name of sharing his knowledge to enable more people to shoot good video and cheaply. The course is presented very well, with demonstrations and graphics displaying exactly what you’d like to see. The section on audio gives some great tips about microphones, which is helpful to take away and experiment with. I've already got some knowledge of filming and editing on iPads but there was plenty in this course I didn’t know. I’ll certainly be taking this away and applying to what I do for sure. I will be recommending this course to my colleagues and friends. Thanks to Rob for sharing and for free too! I can't wait for more! Bring on the Guru!

Rob Glass, an experienced video producer, does a very nice job demonstrating the accessories, software and techniques needed to make effective use of an iPad as a video camera. Clear, confident presentation with a nice touch of humor held my interest from start to finish in one sitting...

I really appreciated this short but to-the-point video course on how to make videos with equipment readily available or easily affordable. The content was well organized and short enough to include precisely the necessary basics. Thanks for providing this course for free. Peter

I am an absolute beginner, and this course was perfect for me. There is plenty of "free advice" around the web about video lighting, cameras, and audio. But I am VERY glad I invested in this course. Rob Glass is a great teacher, and he explain several details about the multiple options he shows. Two things stood out for me #1 - Attention to detail. What do I need to buy? How does everything connect? If you are a beginner this info is gold. #2 - Rob presents only 2 choices and discusses the pros and cons of each option. A lot of the "free videos" I have seen presented so many options, this greatly simplifies my decision process.

It's a very pleasant set of videos with a lot of informations on doing videos with an ipad. And a lot of advice on accessories we needed. The informations are well presented with an unformal tone.
